Terms Scope Payments Delivery

Clear agreements. Better work from day one.

These Terms & Conditions set the general rules for using GrowthFlint and working with us. They cover scope, approvals, payments, delivery, ownership and practical responsibilities. An accepted proposal or written project agreement may add more specific terms for that engagement.

HOW THESE TERMS WORK

The general rules stay clear. Project details stay specific.

The website terms provide the common framework. Your selected package, accepted proposal, written scope and approved changes define the practical details of a particular project.

General terms

These rules apply to the GrowthFlint website, service requests and engagements unless a more specific written term applies.

Project-specific terms

An accepted proposal or written agreement can add or replace terms for that project where it expressly says so.

Authority & acceptance

If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to approve its scope, instructions and commercial commitments.

SCOPE, CHANGES & APPROVALS

Scope should be visible. So should every change.

Clear scope protects both sides. GrowthFlint works from the selected package, accepted proposal, written brief and any later changes approved in writing.

Included work

Deliverables, channels, quantities, milestones and key assumptions come from the accepted scope or selected package.

Accepted scope

Change requests

Work outside scope may need a revised quote, extra fee, different milestone or updated delivery date before it starts.

Changes stay explicit

Approvals move work forward

When approval is requested, GrowthFlint may rely on it to continue to the next production, milestone or launch step.

Approve before progression

Revisions follow scope

Included revision rounds or review stages are defined by the package or proposal. Repeated new direction can become additional scope.

Feedback has boundaries

Timelines depend on inputs

Late content, credentials, access, feedback or approvals can move delivery dates by a reasonable corresponding period.

Inputs affect timing

Dependencies stay real

Hosting, platforms, ad networks, search engines, APIs and other third parties can affect timing or outcomes outside GrowthFlint's control.

Third parties can matter

FEES, PAYMENTS & MILESTONES

Pay against clear milestones. Verify before paid.

Commercial terms shown in an accepted proposal or checkout control the project. GrowthFlint records submitted payment evidence without treating it as verified settlement until the applicable verification step is complete.

ONE-TIME PROJECTS

The standard milestone plan is 40 / 30 / 30 where shown.

Unless a project-specific commercial schedule says otherwise, one-time projects use 40% at Project Start, 30% at the Approved Checkpoint and 30% at Final Delivery.

PAYMENT STATUS

Submission does not automatically mean payment is verified.

A bank reference, provider reference, TXID or payment proof can be submitted for review. GrowthFlint marks a payment paid or verified only after the required confirmation is received.

OTHER CHARGES

Recurring fees, taxes and third-party costs follow the agreed commercial setup.

Hosting, licences, media spend, platform charges, taxes or recurring services are handled as stated in the proposal, checkout or provider terms and may be separate from GrowthFlint's service fee.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERY

Good delivery needs both sides. Inputs, access and decisions matter.

GrowthFlint can only work from the information, permissions and decisions reasonably available. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of the material and instructions they provide.

Accurate inputs

You are responsible for information, content, claims, approvals and materials you supply or instruct GrowthFlint to use.

Safe access

Provide the access needed for the project, but never send OTPs, CVVs, banking passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.

Timely decisions

Delayed feedback, approvals, content or access can pause work or shift delivery dates without turning that delay into GrowthFlint default.

OWNERSHIP, LICENCES & THIRD PARTIES

Custom deliverables can become yours. Underlying rights stay where they belong.

Ownership depends on what was created specifically for the project, what existed before the engagement and what third-party licences or platform terms apply.

CUSTOM DELIVERABLES

Final project-specific work can transfer after the relevant fees are paid.

Unless the accepted project terms say otherwise, rights in specifically created final deliverables transfer after the applicable project fees are paid in full.

Fair expectations. Real-world limits.

CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY & QUESTIONS

Keep sensitive work respectful. Resolve questions directly.

Both sides should use reasonable care with non-public information. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy, cookie technologies are explained separately, and questions about these terms should come directly to GrowthFlint first.

Confidential information

Each side should protect non-public business, account, project and technical information received for the engagement.

Privacy stays connected

Personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookie and tracking details are addressed in the Cookie Policy.

Resolve questions directly

If a dispute or uncertainty arises, both sides should first try to resolve it through direct written communication. Project-specific governing-law terms, where agreed, take priority.
