Terms• Scope• Payments• Delivery
These Terms & Conditions set the general rules for using GrowthFlint and working with us. They cover scope, approvals, payments, delivery, ownership and practical responsibilities. An accepted proposal or written project agreement may add more specific terms for that engagement.
HOW THESE TERMS WORK
The website terms provide the common framework. Your selected package, accepted proposal, written scope and approved changes define the practical details of a particular project.
These rules apply to the GrowthFlint website, service requests and engagements unless a more specific written term applies.
An accepted proposal or written agreement can add or replace terms for that project where it expressly says so.
If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to approve its scope, instructions and commercial commitments.
SCOPE, CHANGES & APPROVALS
Clear scope protects both sides. GrowthFlint works from the selected package, accepted proposal, written brief and any later changes approved in writing.
Deliverables, channels, quantities, milestones and key assumptions come from the accepted scope or selected package.
Work outside scope may need a revised quote, extra fee, different milestone or updated delivery date before it starts.
When approval is requested, GrowthFlint may rely on it to continue to the next production, milestone or launch step.
Included revision rounds or review stages are defined by the package or proposal. Repeated new direction can become additional scope.
Late content, credentials, access, feedback or approvals can move delivery dates by a reasonable corresponding period.
Hosting, platforms, ad networks, search engines, APIs and other third parties can affect timing or outcomes outside GrowthFlint's control.
FEES, PAYMENTS & MILESTONES
Commercial terms shown in an accepted proposal or checkout control the project. GrowthFlint records submitted payment evidence without treating it as verified settlement until the applicable verification step is complete.
ONE-TIME PROJECTS
Unless a project-specific commercial schedule says otherwise, one-time projects use 40% at Project Start, 30% at the Approved Checkpoint and 30% at Final Delivery.
PAYMENT STATUS
A bank reference, provider reference, TXID or payment proof can be submitted for review. GrowthFlint marks a payment paid or verified only after the required confirmation is received.
OTHER CHARGES
Hosting, licences, media spend, platform charges, taxes or recurring services are handled as stated in the proposal, checkout or provider terms and may be separate from GrowthFlint's service fee.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERY
GrowthFlint can only work from the information, permissions and decisions reasonably available. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of the material and instructions they provide.
You are responsible for information, content, claims, approvals and materials you supply or instruct GrowthFlint to use.
Provide the access needed for the project, but never send OTPs, CVVs, banking passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.
Delayed feedback, approvals, content or access can pause work or shift delivery dates without turning that delay into GrowthFlint default.
OWNERSHIP, LICENCES & THIRD PARTIES
Ownership depends on what was created specifically for the project, what existed before the engagement and what third-party licences or platform terms apply.
CUSTOM DELIVERABLES
Unless the accepted project terms say otherwise, rights in specifically created final deliverables transfer after the applicable project fees are paid in full.
GROWTHFLINT TOOLS
GrowthFlint retains rights in pre-existing frameworks, reusable code, methods, internal systems, templates, know-how and tools unless expressly transferred in writing.
THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Third-party products and services remain subject to their providers' licences, pricing, availability and terms. GrowthFlint cannot transfer rights it does not own.
CANCELLATIONS, OUTCOMES & LIMITS
GrowthFlint commits to the agreed work and reasonable professional care. We cannot promise results that depend on client decisions, market conditions, search engines, advertising platforms or other third parties.
CANCELLATION / PAUSE
Cancellation, pause or termination is handled under the accepted proposal and applicable law. Work already completed, committed costs and non-refundable third-party charges may remain payable.
NO GUARANTEED OUTCOME
SEO rankings, ad performance, platform approvals, sales, traffic, conversion rates and commercial results can be influenced by factors outside GrowthFlint's control.
RESPONSIBILITY LIMITS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthFlint is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party systems, unlawful client instructions, unavailable access or events outside reasonable control. Any stronger project-specific limitation or remedy remains subject to mandatory law.
CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY & QUESTIONS
Both sides should use reasonable care with non-public information. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy, cookie technologies are explained separately, and questions about these terms should come directly to GrowthFlint first.
Each side should protect non-public business, account, project and technical information received for the engagement.
Personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookie and tracking details are addressed in the Cookie Policy.
If a dispute or uncertainty arises, both sides should first try to resolve it through direct written communication. Project-specific governing-law terms, where agreed, take priority.
